You will navigate and help to onboard contract tax preparers, and ensure that they are hitting the benchmarks established for them. Further, the positive experience of our growing client base with our firm is tantamount to our success. You will regularly review KPI's associated with the satisfaction level pertaining to client jobs, and meet with key members of the team to ensure weekly targets are being met. As a tax business, we are exceptionally busy during tax season and your availability during those peak times is vital. We are looking for high quality EA's or CPA's with a demonstrated track record to assist our clientele in filing their personal and business tax returns on an ongoing basis. Our nationally known tax brand (https://1040.file-tax.net/) helps hundreds of thousands of customers each year with a variety of tax services. We need you to join our team as a trusted tax advisor on a flat fee per return arrangement. Our tax concierge will communicate with our client and help to queue up all details pertaining to their return, and ensure that all required documents are made available. YOU will get involved after that point and help to prepare the return. After the return is prepared, we will submit to the client for their approval. 90% of the returns are transacted with zero client communication on your behalf other than email. As a tax Concierge, you will be on the cutting edge of tax preparation, helping to navigate and provide assistance to clients of our virtual tax agency. As we onboard new customers, in order to be able to prepare their taxes, we will need a variety of documents from them. Our software and operational flow is setup to be intuitive, however our clients often need handholding in order for us to be able to help them. Your mission is to provide the highest levels of customer service, while ensuring that we collect all required documents so that we can hand the task off to our tax preparers to complete their return. Key Qualities -Helpful, cheerful and patient. -Strong communication skills and command of the written word. (The vast majority of your connection with our customers will be via email and chat.) -Thorough understanding of tax preparation terms, and the tax preparation process. -Working knowledge of the various types of tax returns and schedules -Strong technical ability and familiarity with common online apps. As you help our customers to assemble their documents, the ideal candidate will always be looking for areas of improvement to our internal processes so that we can make our process more efficient.
