Tax Concierge / Customer Service

As a tax Concierge, you will be on the cutting edge of tax preparation, helping to navigate and provide assistance to clients of our virtual tax agency.

As we onboard new customers, in order to be able to prepare their taxes, we will need a variety of documents from them.

Our software and operational flow is setup to be intuitive, however our clients often need handholding in order for us to be able to help them.

Your mission is to provide the highest levels of customer service, while ensuring that we collect all required documents so that we can hand the task off to our tax preparers to complete their return.

Key Qualities
-Helpful, cheerful and patient.
-Strong communication skills and command of the written word. (The vast majority of your connection with our customers will be via email and chat.)
-Thorough understanding of tax preparation terms, and the tax preparation process.
-Working knowledge of the various types of tax returns and schedules
-Strong technical ability and familiarity with common online apps.

As you help our customers to assemble their documents, the ideal candidate will always be looking for areas of improvement to our internal processes so that we can make our process more efficient.

Salary & wage information:
Ranges from internship to $15/hr
Full & part time positions available
